poor window insulation flawed bathroom design

the staff were very helpful.

The noise was excessive due to poor window insulation. I could clearly hear cars. also, the bathroom design was flawed as water easily soaked into the wood. the water temperature in the shower fluctuated unpredictably between hot and cold.
